Villa Yin is a five-bedroom cliff-top villa located within Amarin Cove Estate on the Kamala Headland in Phuket, along the island’s famous Millionaires’ Mile. Designed by Thai architect Charupan Wiriyawiwatt, the villa is a private seaside retreat that blends contemporary architecture with traditional craftsmanship using dark wood, marble, teak and views of the Andaman Sea.

The villa is centered around a single-level living pavilion, with high dark-wood ceilings directing the eye upward and floor-to-ceiling glass opening the space to the sea. Eames chairs, statement art, a custom chandelier and curated design objects add character without overwhelming the calm, spacious feel. The high ceilings look down on a granite dining table with the Andaman Sea for a natural backdrop. The Minotti kitchen is made for lazy breakfasts and leisurely evening meals, nearby, and the dining table comfortably accommodates ten guests.

Outside, an eighteen-meter marble infinity pool runs along the cliff edge, its surface level with the horizon. The deck changes with the light throughout the day, from quiet mornings to warm amber evenings over the sea. Terraces and gardens extend the sense of privacy, with room to stop, swim, dine and enjoy the coastal setting.

Villa Yin has five bedrooms, all facing the ocean, and can accommodate up to ten guests. Each bedroom boasts a private terrace, bespoke designer furnishings and an ensuite bathroom clad in marble and natural stone. The bedroom wing connects to a Finnish sauna, which provides a quiet evening space in the villa.

The service is attentive without being intrusive. A villa manager and concierge are on hand throughout your stay to help with transfers, reservations, planning your days and local advice. Housekeeping is daily, refreshing rooms and common areas, discreet pool and garden care. Each morning, the team at the villa prepares and serves a continental breakfast.
