Our Process

Our modus operandi is based on comprehensive Standard Operating Processes that cover all aspects of the operations, marketing, sales, in-villa hospitality and guests services. In every choice we make, we include the perspective of our impact on the environment and the local community.

A native of Pattani, Khun Aum has over 16 years experience in hospitality with the last 8 years overseeing the operations of 20+ luxury villas in Samui. She excels in operations, HR and owner relationship where she offers expert advice and strive for unmatched hospitality.
