Set over two floors at Cape Panwa on Phuket’s quieter southeastern coast, Villa Moana accommodates up to 12 guests across six king bedrooms, four facing the sea and two the garden. Rooms range from 37.5 to 104 sqm, and every one is finished to the same standard. The architecture is crisp and contemporary, yet the interiors soften those clean lines with warm timber, rounded furniture, textured fabrics and natural tones.

The main living room is arranged around the view. A sculptural, deeply cushioned sofa anchors the space, while floor-to-ceiling glass opens toward the pool, the mangroves and the bay beyond. The palette moves quietly through cream, sand, caramel and dark wood, with stone-textured walls and tropical planting adding depth. The room is airy but not austere. Soft curtains move with the light, marble-topped tables reflect the sky, and oversized lounge chairs create intimate corners within the larger space. The transition outdoors is almost seamless, with the pool terrace beginning just beyond the glass.

The kitchen follows the same refined minimalism, supported by both European and Thai cooking facilities. Indoor and outdoor dining areas allow meals to shift with the time of day, from breakfast inside to dinner under the evening sky.

Moana’s 88 sqm saltwater infinity pool sits directly in front of the main living space, with four poolside loungers positioned to take in the view. It overlooks a softer, greener stretch of coastline where mangroves and forested headlands meet the water, giving the villa a secluded, nature-framed atmosphere. Broad terraces extend from both levels for sunbathing, reading or simply watching the colour of the bay change through the day. Shoreline access brings guests closer still, to palms moving in the breeze and boats crossing the water.
