Mia Estate Chaweng Beach is a beachfront villa on the serene north side of Chaweng Beach, Koh Samui, comprising the 6-bedroom Villa Mia Beach — established in 2010 — and Villa Mia Palm, a 5-bedroom sister villa added in 2020. Both villas share the same beachfront and lush lawn while maintaining full guest privacy.
Mia Estate Chaweng Beach sets itself apart with exceptional design and furnishings that surpass typical hotels and villa estates on the island. In addition, a dedicated facility building houses a cinema room, fitness room and two spa rooms, with two additional guest rooms bringing the total to 13 ensuite bedrooms for larger groups.
A dedicated, fully trained team is on hand throughout every stay, including an English-speaking villa manageress, housemaids, a villa handyman and a skilled Thai chef. Furthermore, a concierge service assists guests with tours, transfers and any additional needs during their time at Mia Estate Chaweng Beach.
Situated at the northern corner of Chaweng Beach, the estate offers both privacy and easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. As a result, guests can also enjoy nearby activities including bungy jumping, go-karting, water slides, the Samui Elephant Sanctuary, snorkeling and sightseeing tours to Angthong Marine Park — all just a short drive away.
